Concrete guys from GJ Building 200

Word has it the concrete guys are coming June 8th

The concrete porch in front of the 200 building has settle to an extend where water draining down the parking during peak water does not sufficiently and water breaches into the home. The problem is twofold, Drainage is inadequate and the porch is low. In order to mitigate this a concrete company will pump jack the concrete porch slab up.

The drainage issue wil be addressed at a later stage
