300 Building working N side 200 Building NOT working
Twin Ridge HOA now successfully runs the wiFi Heattape. Super happy with the continued support in product as well as service. We have 3 blocks with each 3 zones of heat tape. We have two home owners, who jointly control the heat system over their phones. Intuitive and user-friendly. We are very happy with our system.
100 Building Overall the heat tape on the 100 building is in the best shape of all. Only on the far east side on 141 the heat tape is losing its oomph, but overall everything seems to be doing the job.
