Left bight is loose, second to last clip is not attached

Each bight only one clip?

two clips per bight?

Clips present but not used? misplaced

Heat tape across on fastened on 1 clip

uneven spaced clips, bights, will this hold under snow?

Two clips per bight, unevenly spaced

Left bight loose, why is this going up the side of the roof
