“My impression from talking with them, is that almost all of their contracts are on a per plow basis, so I don’t think that it will effect service. They do offer the season fixed price for those who want it (for a variety of financial reasons). It is all a bit of a gamble. If it snows every day we lose, while if it snows less frequently, we do better.”
