100 Building
Overall the heat tape on the 100 building is in the best shape of all. Only on the far east side on 141 the heat tape is losing its oomph, but overall everything seems to be doing the job. Also some of the west facing heat tape is showing its age.
200 Building
Also on 202 E. facing side the heat tape is older and maybe on its last season but is still working. The new installed heat tape is working across the board. Adjust on the south facing side of Susan’s apartment the heat tape is failing and on its last season, good thing it’s on the southside.
300 Building
All the heat tape on the 300 building is working especially where last year on the northside there was no heat tape at all on the dormers, and the existing he type in between was not working. It’s working fine as of now. Also the south facing heat tape seems to be in good shape.
