This is a bid from high profile roofing for installing heat tape on the 100 building above Bruce Lee’s in Marks. I do not understand where he gets 250 feet of heat tape from. I also don’t see any gutter work repair and I will email him back about this and revise his bid.

I apologize for the delayed answer
I put enough heat tape for 1 circuit if it is failing the whole thing needs replaced however we will inform you about how many feet installed and will be charged for only the amount of heat tape that is installed
no electrical connections tought you will check with the controller guy it may be better to have the same person that installed the whole system as they will know what is going on and easier on your end but let me know and I can connect you with Lico’s electric
I gave an allowance of 8hrs for the miscellaneous repairs if we need additional time I will let you know but those 8 hours will cover reattach gutter replace damaged visible shingles if there is additional work needed I will let you know prior or at the end of those 8hours,
