Update June 7th
Met with Tomas Elliot from AVH employee housing. We had a look at the platt and also to their surprise the property line of the hospital stretched out way further than they thought. We would like to meet with someone from the county to determine exactly where hospital propertyand also to their surprise the property line of the hospital stretched out way further than they thought. We would like to meet all of us together to determine exactly where Aspen Valley Hospital property, Pitkin County open space as well as twin Ridge HOA property intersects and four overlaps. After we determine who’s responsible for what we will go with the fire departments advice on how to proceed.

Information about the work around the property as far as fire mitigation on commons ground!
Ben at 101 has been working hard to clean deadfall and free up the shrub-oaks, it looks good, opens up access and mitigates fire hazard.
