Some of the homeowners have expressed interest in putting up signs on the property in an attempt to relieve us off liability. In the last board meeting we put the thought forward to emulate signs in appearance similar to those use by the county/ open space. This is what we heard back:

Aspen reprographics can print signs on weatherproof honeycomb boards. Those signs can be drilled into easily and mounted to a T-post or 4×4 post with a bolt. There are some similar private property signs on private property that abuts the Moore Open Space, particularly along the trail easement that cuts through the private property.
We just need to figure out the exact verbiage and order 4 or 5 of these suckers and put them out. on 4×4’s
